Inside a rigid box
Five layers, in this order
- 01
Core
Grey kappa board, 1.5 to 3 mm, cut and creased to your dimensions. This is what makes the box rigid instead of foldable.
- 02
Wrap
Printed art paper or a specialty stock wrapped over the core and turned in by hand at every edge.
- 03
Print
CMYK or spot colour, then matt or gloss lamination, foil stamping and spot UV where the artwork calls for it.
- 04
Closure
Magnets set under the flap, a sliding sleeve, or a plain lift-off lid — whichever suits how the box gets opened.
- 05
Insert
EVA foam, moulded pulp or a board platform cut to hold the product still in transit.
